Lindsey represents clients as they navigate the legal aspects of losing a loved one, including probate, heirship, and estate administration.Lindsey also assists clients with their estate planning, including Wills, Revocable Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. Lindsey is experienced in helping clients provide for loved ones that receive government benefits through supplemental needs trust planning. Similarly, Lindsey is adept at utilizing First Party Supplemental Needs Trusts and Miller Trusts to help keep individuals who receive income from losing their benefits.
