Practice Emphasis:
Lauren’s practice is focused on estate planning, and estate and trust administration matters.
Lauren assists individuals and families in structuring and implementing plans to achieve each client’s unique and personal goals. She is experienced in preparing the foundational estate planning documents, such as wills, revocable living trusts, and financial and healthcare powers of attorney. In addition, Lauren works with clients to develop plans to minimize gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
Lauren also has experience in representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with the administration and settlement of estates and trusts.
